RNs utilize specialized knowledge, judgment and nursing skills necessary to assess data, plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of patients. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self and others who are under his/her direction. Banner Health standards and support of healing environment are exhibited in all aspects of the RN’s performance. Employee must demonstrate age specific competencies for patient population(s) to which they are assigned. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Must possess a current valid Nevada RN license or temporary Nevada RN license with a current BCLS and ACLS required, PALS required, TNCC (preferred), CEN (preferred) or CCRN. Relates throughout the interview process the experience, training and education needed to perform the role, and demonstrates behaviors and answers to role-related experiential questions, and the ability to demonstrate Service Excellence Standards.
