The registered nurse is accountable for on-going evaluation and documentation of all components of care delivered to customers of Banner Churchill Community Hospital. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Education/Experience: Current license to practice nursing in the state of Nevada. Technical Skills: Manual dexterity and physical agility to operate all equipment and perform all procedures. Utilizes safe body mechanics to ensure patient and caregiver safety. Other qualifications/certificate/license. Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification. Additional credentials and/or certifications may be required for specialty areas (Surgical services, Emergency Services, Critical Care, Pediatrics, Maternity, Home Care Services).
