High performance is essential in improving operational effectiveness, assuring customer satisfaction, clinical excellence, and physician and employee satisfaction. Also functions as the Chief Nursing Officer for the purposes of all regulatory agencies and oversight of all direct patient care activities. The Administrator/CNO is responsible for management and operations for the Women and Infant Services, ED/Trauma, Adult Acute Care, Tele, Rehab, Psych, Research, Staffing and Infection Control. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Master’s degree in nursing required. Must possess a current valid Arizona RN license. A minimum of ten (10) years experience in hospital operations is required with acute care clinical background preferred. Excellent communication and relationship skills are required.
